Bib Pickup & Bag Drop

Bib Pickup Hours

Friday, May 16:

• Garda Trentino Trail Extra 150 and 100 only: 8:30 – 11:00

• Garda Trentino Trail Extra 100 only: 16:00 – 19:00

• Garda Trentino Trail, Ledro Trail, Tenno Trail: 16:00 – 21:00

🔹 You'll receive a pasta party voucher along with your race bib.

Saturday, May 17:

• Garda Trentino Trail only: 5:30 – 7:00

• Ledro Trail only: 6:30 – 8:45

• Tenno Trail only: 8:00 – 10:45

🔹 A pasta party voucher is included with your bib.

Sunday, May 18:

• Garda Trentino Run only: 8:00 – 10:00

Race Pack Pickup

• Participants of Garda Trentino Trail Extra 100 and 150 will receive their race pack with the bib on Friday.

• All others can collect their race pack at the Garda Trentino Trail booth at the EXPO in Piazza delle Canoniche, Arco.

• Showers/changing rooms: Available from Friday, May 16 at 20:00 to Sunday, May 18 at 15:00.

• ❗ Note: No pre-race changing rooms available.

• Toilets (chemical): Available near the finish area.

Mandatory Gear

(Not required for Garda Trentino Castle Run. For Extra races, refer to the specific rules.)

Mandatory for Garda Trentino Trail, Ledro Trail, Tenno Trail:

• Water bottle or container holding at least 1 liter

• Working headlamp (only for Garda Trentino Trail & Ledro Trail)

• Thermal survival blanket and whistle

• Windproof jacket suitable for harsh mountain conditions

• Personal cup (minimum 150 ml) for use at aid stations

  • (A wide-mouth bottle is acceptable)

• Mobile phone:

  • Save the organization’s emergency number

  • No caller ID masking

  • Start the race with a fully charged battery
