Bib & race pack collection: at the EXPO in Piazza delle Canoniche di Arco.

To collect your bib, show the bib number found in the email sent by Datasport a few days before the race, or also here on the list of participants: Datasport

If you want to collect the bib for a friend, bring the appropriate delegation form available here:  https://bit.ly/delega_IT.

The status of the medical certificate (valid, invalid, not uploaded) is available on the list of participants, here: Datasport 

In case of "invalid, not uploaded" certificate, bring a valid paper copy to the bib collection. Remember: NO CERTIFICATE, NO BIB.

To board the shuttle, simply show the bib.

 

Changing rooms / Showers / services: in Via Pomerio, Arco.

Showers/changing rooms: from Friday, 16/5 (from 20:00) to Sunday, 18/5 (by 15:00), at the end of your race, you will find directions to the showers/changing rooms. 

NOTE: pre-race changing rooms are not available. 

Services/Chemical toilets: will be available in the arrival area.

 

Massage area: Saturday, 16/5, from 14:30-19:30, a massage service will be active at the Garda Trentino Trail stand at the EXPO in Piazza delle Canoniche di Arco.

 

Final refreshment / pasta party:

Final refreshment: operational in the arrival area, Saturday and Sunday.

Final meal/ Pasta party: operational Saturday, from 12:00 to 22:00, via Pomerio (https://tinyurl.com/4tbc395c ). Please hand in the voucher that you will find on your bib.

Sunday, NO pasta party for Garda Trentino Run.

The tracks available on the website exclude some passages through private property that are allowed only on the day of the race).

Mandatory equipment (not required for Garda Trentino RUN; for EXTRA, see specific regulations):

• Water bottle or other container with a minimum of 1 liter of water,

• Functioning headlamp, only for Garda Trentino Trail and Ledro Trail

• Survival thermal blanket and whistle,

• Windproof jacket suitable for bad weather conditions in the mountains,

• Personal cup with a minimum capacity of 150 cc to use at the refreshment points (the water bottle if it has a wide cap is valid as a cup),

• Mobile phone (enter the organization's emergency number, do not mask the number, and do not forget to start with a charged battery).
