Here below a summary of important information for your participation to our Garda Trentino Trail on Saturday 19th September 2020. 

Face mask: please remember to bring with you your own face mask (buff is not valid as face mask!). Your face mask will be helpful for all operations before the race (bibs hand in, bags deposit, positioning in the starting line, 1st 500 m of the race), please bring it with you during all the race for any needs (stop at refreshment points, arrival, use of minibus in case of abandonment of the race). The organization will not provide any face mask!

Autodeclaration COVID-19: bring with you the signed Autodeclation COVID-19 (with a date not earlier than Sept 17th 2020) at bibs hand in (see link/attachments below);

Bibs hand in/ Release document: you’ll get it according to the timeslot/day booked by you in your enrollment form in Wedosport; please kindly respect your time slot! Please bring with you signed release document (see attached), if not yet uploaded in your personal area in Wedosport;

Authorization for bib pick up: please make use of the due authorization to collect bibs also for your friends/team members (see below in links/ attachments area)

Bags Deposit: available at Casinò di Arco, Viale delle Palme 1, Arco (Tn), in these days: Friday 18/9 (from 10 to 10 pm) and Saturday 19/9 (from 5.30 am to 9.30 am), see also attached service map

Dressing rooms/ Showers: as already announced, NO dressing rooms will be available BEFORE the race. After the race, you’ll find all indications to reach the dressing rooms/shower area located at Sporting Area at Via Pomerio, Arco (see attached/linked maps). PLEASE NOTE:  it may be possible to have a long waiting time, due to necessary regular cleaning of the area (so, if possible, please have your shower at home/hotel).

Race gates:  please check time limits and race gates on the your race’s elevation profile (available in our website)  

Mandatory equipment (not foreseen for the short “Run-11km”): regular check of the material will be done along the race. Please remember to have with you:

- face mask (no Buff!)

- Water container or flask to contain a minimum of 1 lt.

- Frontal light, in working order, with a spare battery, only for Garda Trentino Trail;

- Thermic survival sheet

- Whistle

- Wind-jacket suitable for bad mountain weather conditions

- Personal cup (minimum capacity: 150 cc), or suitable large flask lid to be used as a cup

- Warm waterproof clothing in case of rain or cold weather (gloves, beret, long-sleeved sweater and ¾ length trousers)

- Mobile telephone (with the organisation's emergency number inserted, without the 'hiding number' function and with a fully charged battery)
